Missing Package

All packages are insured. Which means if your package states it has been delivered and that's inaccurate, you will have to contact USPS or UPS FIRST to file a CLAIM to open an investigation. 

Once they do so, please provide us with the claim number so we can rectify the situation. IF your order has not moved in transit for over sometime, this means UPS/USPS ha not scanned the package and can result in a lost package or it was stolen. 

Once you realize your package may have been stolen or lost PLEASE contact USPS/UPS ASAP as they will not process a claim after a certain period of time. They shipping courier should always be the first contact as once we hand over your package they are FULLY responsible for any mishaps.
